Dale is the friendly face you’ll love chatting with. With over 10 years in the roofing business, Dale’s passion for helping people with their roof is unmatched. He can strike up a conversation with anyone, and when it comes to getting the job done, Dale really gets in there and makes sure everything is taken care of. His upbeat personality keeps the team motivated and the atmosphere light!
​​Mandy rounds out our crew with her infectious enthusiasm and willingness to dive right in — literally. Whether she’s helping out on the roof or keeping everything running smoothly, Mandy is always up for getting her hands dirty. And no matter how careful she tries to be, she somehow always ends up with coating somewhere other than the roof!
​​Ryker is Mandy and Russ’s son and Dale's mountain bike riding buddy. He is a high school senior with big dreams of becoming a music producer. While he’s still in school, he helps out with the roofs from time to time, learning the ropes and contributing where he can. And like any typical kid, he really looks forward to lunchtime — especially when sushi is on the menu!
